The Third of the comprehensive list of actions on the Delivering On A Promise - Polio Eradication Strategy 2022-2026 is: Strengthening advocacy to urge greater accountability and ownership of the program at all levels, including enhanced performance measurement and engagement with new partners, such as the new Mediterranean Regional Subcommittee on Polio Eradication and Outbreaks."After setbacks in recent years, and indications that some donors may reduce funding to the GPEI, there has never been a more important moment than right now in the history of Polio eradication.
